Selene offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, launches, and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, standard delivery is typically estimated at:

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We will let you know if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

Order Details

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you spot an error, contact shop@tryselene.co.uk within 24 hours. We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or is with the carrier.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries

If your order appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at shop@tryselene.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery partner and work with you towards an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

Where international delivery is available, estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Customs delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges will be made clear at checkout where possible. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by you on delivery.

We aim to describe and photograph Selene products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen or device.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, update product information, or stop offering a product where reasonably necessary.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you complete your order.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted.

Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless we tell you that we cannot accept the order.

We may cancel an order before dispatch where a product is unavailable, a pricing or product-description error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
