Selene offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, launches, and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, standard delivery is typically estimated at:

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We will let you know if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

Order Details

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you spot an error, contact shop@tryselene.co.uk within 24 hours. We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or is with the carrier.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries

If your order appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at shop@tryselene.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery partner and work with you towards an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

Where international delivery is available, estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Customs delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges will be made clear at checkout where possible. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by you on delivery.
